Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

• Courier Delivery (EMS) – Estimated delivery time: 10-14 days
  Cost: $40.00
• Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery time: 14-25 days
  Cost: $25.00

All orders are shipped from Ukraine via Ukrposhta, the state postal service. The estimated delivery time for shipments is between 10-25 days, though this may vary depending on the destination and any potential customs delays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment's progress.

How It Works:

After your package is processed and clears customs in Ukraine, it is handed over to the state postal service of your destination country for final delivery. Depending on the country, this could be one of the following postal services:

• United States: USPS (United States Postal Service)
• Canada: Canada Post
• European Union: Local national postal service (e.g., La Poste in France, Deutsche Post in Germany, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.)
• Australia: Australia Post
• Other Countries: Local postal service depending on the destination.

Once the package enters the destination country's postal system, it will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

For all shipments, we provide a tracking number which you can use to track your order on your country’s postal service website.

Please note that after the package leaves Ukraine, it is subject to the destination country’s postal system and customs regulations, which may impact delivery times. We are not liable for any delays due to customs processing, postal strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
